All finished for Christmas.
We had the last Tai Chi classes this morning. Good to see so many so near to Christmas.
The group kindly gave me a dragonfly, in stained glass, its beautiful. One of the moves in Qigong is call Dragonfly.
The classes will be back in the New Year

Appleton Parish Hall - Tuesdays 2.45pm - 7th January
Cronton Community Centre, Widnes Wednesdays - 8th January
New members welcome, the classes are for beginners in Tai Chi/ Qigong
