Castle Park This Autumn

One beautiful day late in November, the mindfulness in Nature group at Castle Park Frodsham. A perfect morning for a photographer (Dave) from Mersey Forest to come down to the park to take a number of pictures of the class outside on a clear frosty morning.

We have a new class starting at Helsby Community Centre on Monday 22nd January and further classes are being booked in for Helsby and Frodsham from April The 8 week classes are free of charge and sponsored by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Mersey Forest
