We have further Mindfulness 8 week FREE courses starting soon at Helsby Community Centre. An ideal way to help with stress over the Christmas period. How to feel more relaxed and gain more enjoyment over the festive period.
The 8 week courses starts on the 9th December, we have 2 weeks before Christmas and then a further 6 weeks starting back in January

I have been taking mindfulness classes for the last 9 years and the comments made by the students have been wonderful to hear.

Each week I have learnt new ways which I can use at home to calm me. I have learnt that I don’t spend enough time stopping and being mindful to press the @rest button’ I will continue to use several techniques I have built into daily life, especially at times of stress.
